Cat Pee and Poop Training
If you are a new cat owner, your first choice is to train the cat to use its litter box. As a matter of fact, training a cat for litter is very easy. Cats are by born clean animals; therefore, training for litter is not a tough job.
01. Buy a shallow plastic bowl or trey. Put some litter sand or wood powder in it. You can also use sand as emergency.
02. After meal, place your cat on this bowl.
03. If your cat instantly leaves the place, bring it and place it there again. Repeat the process for a number of times.
04. Most of the cases, your cat will start scratching the ground and pee or poop. If not, leave it alone. When it fells the urge, it will come to the box by its own.
05. If your cat still keeps pooping around your house, take the craps and put it in the box. If it pees elsewhere, clean it with a tissue and put it in the potty. Clean the dirty places with vinegar. Now follow step 3 again. Cats usually poop right after its meal, so try it after the meal is done. If it poops and pees on the correct place for once, it will remember the place and use the exact same place all the time.
06. You can train your cat to use your washroom commode. The process is the same, but requires more time. Take some pieces of his pee or poop in your washroom, captivate it in your washroom right after his meal. Let it go once it is done with its litter.
07. Using sand or wood powder gets hazardous, as the spreads in your house so fast. Its recommended to use litter sand sold in different cat stores. You can buy these online also. These sands absorbs the water of the crap and suppress the stinky odor. After absorbing the water, the sand will create cramps. Separate those cramps using a filter, as shown in the following figure.
08. If your cat spreads sand all around, make a box, following the figure below. Put the litter trey or bowl in it. Put a mat on the entrance of the box. Go for this process after your cat is properly trained up. Keep in mind, the box cannot be dark, else your cat will not go inside. Keep the mouth of the box wide open to ensure enough light in it.
